I take a cross-town bus (that picks me up right in front of my apartment building) to the West Side (Broadway) and from there I take the uptown subway.  My commute usually takes about 40 minutes, give or take.</description>

How far is your commute each morning? Do you walk a short distance to the subway? Or do you combine subway and bus to get to work?</description>
