Zazzle T-Shirt Models Invade My Blog

A very long time ago I created a few t-shirt designs on Zazzle.com

At the time, Zazzle provided a simple way for web-site hosts to post images and links to product designs. – so I placed them here on my blog. At some point something changed without me making any alterations to these links.  Previously these image links showed a picture of a flat t-shirt with the design. Now, without me making any changes, these same links show models wearing the t-shirts.

I have mixed feelings about Zazzle – they don’t return much of a percentage on sales and you only get paid after you hit a minimum amount. Still, this change in advertising was a pretty slick move on their part.

So did they actually have those guys wear the shirts or did they just warp your image so that it fit onto a picture of them wearing blank shirts?

I think zazzle just changed so now you can even set your own prices. that first guy is kind of strange…

    ARJ,

I’m thinking they’ve got some kind of computer program that makes the images appear on the t-shirts.

Jason, I’ll have to go back and visit Zazzle and see what other changes are going on ‘under the hood.’ I have no idea and haven’t really had the time to check.

I like Zazzle for making random things I just must have but can’t find. For example, I couldn’t find the right cards for our YW in Excellence program that is coming up, even after hitting up Deseret Book for something cutsy, so I just made them myself via Zazzle and they looked all perfect and professional upon their very swift arrival (I think it was a mere 2 days from the time I ordered and the time the arrived at my doorstep).

I also like using Zazzle for my button needs. I like slapping random but cool buttons on my messenger bag I use for work, and Zazzle fills every button desire.
