Genesis 1:23

וַיְהִי-עֶרֶב וַיְהִי-בֹקֶר, יוֹם חֲמִישִׁי.


وَكَانَ مَسَاءٌ وَكَانَ صَبَاحٌ يَوْمًا خَامِسًا.


Y fué la tarde y la mañana el día quinto.


And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

    This v. contains the Hebrew word for morning, boqer. One says “good morning” in Hebrew as boqer tov; the easy way to remember this is that it sounds a lot like “broke your toe.”

    Not a great scriptural insight, but I thought of this when I saw the passage.
